Skinheads OUT!

Two vids taken from an old Channel 4's Lesbian and Gay Series called "OUT!" and looks at Gay Skinheads. I find it really interesting to look back at gay skin culture in the 90s and it's perception as a YMCA style stereotype...saying that, I do find the skin interviewed in the 2nd clip really hot too. Woof!

I saw this a few years ago and thankfully came across it again recently. Web Drifter is a now defunked Revision3 web show that looked at the web's more unusual websites and their authors. I always found this look at hardcore rubber fetishism pretty cool and quite funny. See what you think.

Gay Skinheads

I recently found a great documentary on YouTube looking at Gay Skins.

It's a subculture I've found myself increasingly interested in. From a kink/fetish perspective and more. I've spent many hours reading about Skinhead history and the culture of Skins today. There seem very few resources really delving deep into the Gay Skin scene, especially looking at it as more than just sex, but Gay Men who live as Skins day to day. Obviously the boots and hot guys are an attraction to me but I've been trying to explore the real elements of the scene and what actually makes a Gay Skin.

‘Dressing For Pleasure’

It's been too long since my last post but I've had a really busy spell at Uni. I saw this article and video a while ago, from a twitter post I think, and I thought it was really cool.

I found it really interesting to see how fetish has evolved over time. Both in fashion, advances in fabrics and changes in social attitudes and taboos. I love the fact that the documenraty caused such outrage as to be banned. A real indicator of how times have changed I think.
