Code clinic is a fantastic drop in clinic held at 56 Dean St in central London. I was really encouraged to see an organisation that actively discusses gay mens' more "hardcore" activities and an openess to  provide advice, testing and support.

HARDCELL is a great web resource from the Terrance Higgins Trust. It features fact sheet style info on loads of alt sex subjects whether it's electro or fisting. There's also info on STIs and scene/S&M related safety. It's well worth a visit for anyone considering the risks and good practice for the stuff they're exploring.
